Resources for the C. elegans multiparent experimental evolution panel

This site hosts genotype and phenotype data and associated metadata for CeMEE recombinant inbred lines and the evolved outbred populations from which they were derived.
RIL metadata tabulates sequencing status and statistics for all cryopreserved RILs.
Raw sequence data for all post-QC RILs is available from NCBI SRA.
Downloads contains links to genotype and haplotype data, including files for use in R/qtl and R/qtl2, and to Multi-Worm Tracker data for the CeMEE founders, outbred populations, mutation accumulation lines (N2 and PB306 backgrounds) and many of the RILs.
A very basic genome browser is available for querying genetic variants in the panel. But you’re better off using CeNDR.
